Exciting stuff here, it's the first Martinique rum to be bottle by 1423 for the Single Barrel Selection! It was distilled in a column still in 2019, and rested in a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask until August 2020, when it was released with an outturn of 210 bottles at 53% ABV. Red fruits and tobacco galore here!
Cooked cherry and fresh forest berries, burnt brown sugar and leather armchair leading into cigar box and warming oak.
