Danish bottler 1423 is back with another brilliant rum to join its Single Barrel Selection. Hailing from Belize, this molasses-based rum was column distilled in 2005 and matured in a bourbon cask until 2023. A release of 275 bottles.

Silky caramel and leathery oak support layers of milk chocolate and vanilla, with waves of marmalade, sultanas, and a touch of pepper.
