Description

It's 1423's very first rum bottling from Down Under! This molasses rum was pot distilled in Australia in 2007, and rested in a bourbon barrel until it was independently bottled in February 2020. Just 323 bottles were released at 55% ABV, full of fruit sweetness and well rounded grassy notes.

Overall

Cut grass and dried fig, with honeyed berries, oily citrus peel and a balanced bitter finish.
