Australia 2007 - 1423 Single Barrel Selection 70cl Rum

It's 1423's very first rum bottling from Down Under! This molasses rum was pot distilled in Australia in 2007, and rested in a bourbon barrel until it was independently bottled in February 2020. Just 323 bottles were released at 55% ABV, full of fruit sweetness and well rounded grassy notes.
