Quinta da Pedra Alta's fantastic White Port is made using a trio of grape varieties - namely Rabigato, Gouveio and Viosinho. Grown in some of Quinta da Pedra Alta's highest vineyards, the grapes a picked early in the morning and pressed as soon at they arrive at the winery. It's kept as cool as possible and handled with care throughout the winemaking process to try and keep its vibrancy and freshness of the flavour profile. Serve chill and over ice, or with a good tonic water and a slice of fresh orange.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Bright pear and pineapple, with a tangy hint of citrus oil developing on the mid-palate.
