Martins de Sá White Port may well be the Portuguese brand's secret weapon, seeing as how white port is supposedly the latest drinking craze in the UK. Bottled at 19% ABV in sunny Portugal, Martins de Sá White Port may not carry the same deep, brooding reds of more classic port types, but that doesn't stop it delighting in citrusy, rich, white grape. White ports are of two varieties, dry and sweet, and the Martins de Sá White is a pinching sweet effort that reveals itself best when served with tonic and crushed ice.
A perfumed and engaging aroma, dominated by fresh and floral tones.
Light and delicately sweet. Suggestions of honeyed pear and ripe quince linger over toasted almonds.
Well balanced, sharp acidity blends maturely with the sweet complexion.

im dead into white port ever since my lisbon trip. this is by far the best one ive had
this is really spectacular, it offers a splendid fruity aroma and its wonderfully balanced, neither sharp nor overly sweet as some of the others I’v tried .I did have it with tonic and it was lovely. love the modern portuguese ceramic effect label and vintage bottle. quality stuff. highly recommended
spectacular port.
An excellent white port with an eye catching bottle design. Makes an exceptional white port and tonic but also works well when paired with white spirits, particularly espadin mezcal, cachaca and fruit schnaps. Sweet and deliciously tangy, it'll win over any non-believers at first taste. Forget the old fuddy reputation of port and the dross you'll find in the supermarket, this is the one to choose.
