A Portuguese white Port from Churchill's (nothing to do with that Prime Minister chap). It's made from a blend of Malvasia Fina, Rabigato, Carga and Viosinho grapes from old vineyards at higher altitudes in the Douro region of Cima Corgo, and then aged in oak casks for 10 years. Great as an aperitif, or also with a splash of tonic and a slice of lemon.
Baking spice and toasted walnut, with a creamy note leading into fresh orchard fruit, apple blossom, fig and a peppery finish.
