A limited edition Chilean Pisco from Capel, one of the biggest producers of the traditional brandy in the country. The Bicentenario Gran Pisco is made with three different types of Moscatel grapes: de Austria, Alejandria and Rosada. The resulting brandy is then given a maturation period in French and American oak casks before being bottled at 43% abv. The relatively high strength allows it to be classified as a Gran Pisco.
