Barsol Selecto Acholado 70cl

Barsol use a combination of the three grape varieties seen in their other expressions to create the Selecto Acholado Pisco. These varieties include the Italia, Quebranta and Torontel grape, all from the Ica region of Peru. Rich in fruit notes (as you might expect with all those grapes at its core) and subtle hints of cinnamon spice and pecan nuts.
