Description

Mezcales Cosmicos found some Madrecuishe agave for this mezcal! Because this particular variety has a low water content, the mezcal made from it is generally full of mineral and floral notes. This expression is unaged, so all those fresh vegetal agave flavours can really shine through.

Overall

Freshly cut grass and a mineral backdrop, with white flowers, apricot and agave sugars, with a piney finish.
