An unaged, joven mezcal from Mezcales Cosmicos, this Espadín-Tepeztate expression is made with a blend of the two eponymous agave varieties! While Espadín is a more common variety, Tepeztate is rarer as it takes up to 25 years to fully mature. This one is double distilled, full of tropical fruit notes.
Barbecued tropical fruit and roasted agave, with a touch of red fruit and melted brown sugar.
