An artisanal mezcal from Cosmicos, produced with Espadín agave, one of the most common varieties. The agave is roasted in an earthen oven before a double distillation, and it's full of green herbs among the sweeter, roasted agave notes.
Smoked herbs and cut grass, with bittersweet grapefruit citrus, cocoa and caramelised agave.
