A luxurious offering from Mezcal Amarás, produced following a complex ancestral process under the expert eye of maestra mezcalera Diana Orozco Cruz. Agave is harvested between 10 and 12 years old, cooked in a conical stone and wood oven, milled using a stone tahona wheel, and fermented in pine vats before distillation in a traditional clay pot. Rare liquid indeed, exquisitely presented in a ceramic bottle.
