A fab reposado Mezcal from Mezcal Amarás, produced with eight year old Espadín agave. Rested for at least three months in barrels crafted from two types of oak, the spirit's vanilla notes have developed beautifully along with softly nutty notes of caramel and delicate smoke. Top stuff for sipping, this one!
Fragrant vanilla pod, toasted wood, and a touch of caramel are followed by charred herbs, floral spice, and juicy, vegetal agave.
