A punchy mezcal from the La Medida range, which was made exclusively using the Bicuishe agave variety. Enjoyably spicy and herbaceous, with enough sweetness to stop it becoming outrageous.
Green chilli and peppery coriander leaf. Grapefruit peel, smoke and a touch of clay.
A lot smokier than the others of the range with lots of 'green' flavours that linger alongside subtle terracotta.
