Derrumbes Tamulipas mezcal is a blend of three rare agave varieties: univittata and funkiana – which can only be found in the state of Tamulipas – and americana. This is rich and funky (funkiana?) with hardly any smoke. Expect notes of lactofermented stone fruits, mature cheese, and charred orange.
