This Mezcal from the Derrumbes range blends two varieties of agave together into one spirit. The Cupreata and Cenizo agave plants have juxtaposing flavour profiles (the former is fruity and vibrant, while the latter is herbaceous and rich), which results in a balanced flavour profile.
