This is a delicious mezcal crafted by Animas using a single agave variety, Espadín, which were harvested at 7 years old. It was double distilled using traditional methods before it was bottled at 44% ABV.
Sweet honey and hazelnuts complement ripe tropical fruits, earthy smoke and some green vegetal notes.
