This Animas mezcal is made with a blend of two agave varieties - Espadín and Cupreata. The Espadín agave plants are harvested at 7 years old, while the Cupreata agave is harvested at 9 years old. It's made using traditional methods and double distilled before being bottled at 48% ABV.
Leafy coriander and basil, honeyed floral, dry earth and subtle apricot sweetness.
