In the heart of the Wye Valley in the Welsh borders, Wye Valley Meadery keeps its own bees, producing honey from the pollens of the surrounding countryside. The honey is used to make this wonderful Traditional Mead – with a volume of over 50% honey per bottle, or could you say 50% HBV - Honey By Volume? We're pretty sure that's not a official measurement, but maybe one day...
