Those Wilkin & Sons folks are back at it with this Tiptree English Quince Gin Liqueur. Quince is often used in jams and conserves, and now the orchard fruit has taken a boozy twist! The autumnal tipple is made with quinces from the Tiptree farm in Essex, and the end result is a satisfyingly sweet and tart liqueur.
