Whitetail Spirits was so taken with the signature serve of its own Whitetail Gin (with tonic garnished with pink grapefruit and rosemary) that it decided to do the hard work for us, infusing the gin with the two eponymous ingredients! Bottled at 22% ABV, this makes for a delicious (and slightly lighter) variation on the G&T.
A burst of bittersweet pink grapefruit, followed by touches of salt, piney juniper and lasting rosemary.
I’ve tried many gin liquors my favorite up to now has been Rhubarb but now I’m a convert to this. Everyone’s tastes are different so I speak only for myself but this is smooth delicious and just tasty.
