This edition of Vedrenne's rather enjoyably-named Supercassis has been bottled at a bumped-up ABV of 20% ABV. As ever, it's made with the highly-praised Noir de Bourgogne variety of blackcurrant, making for an immensely rich and rewarding expression, perfect for sipping neat or over ice.
