easy drinking

A lovely balanced drink, warmth from the Scotch matched by the chilli, and a soft citrus hint of sweetness from the blood orange, not as sharpe or acidic as some blood orange infused drinks. Great with ribeye steak or pork steaks, i even used it as a salad dressing with Olive oil, excellent.
