Lavendelicious was created when the folks over at The Gin Kitchen needed lavender syrup for a cocktail, but couldn't find any in time. So, naturally, they whipped up their own, but then realised it tasted rather good neat! Hand-picked English lavender is distilled, with a dash of sugar added to it. It's a fabulous fragrant component in cocktails, desserts or, as The Gin Kitchen suggests, neat with a side of cake.
