Liqueur de Violettes from Tempus Fugit Spirits is based on a mid-19th century recipe, and in the same style uses only hand-harvested French violets, grown in Côte d'Azur. This liqueur has a lower sugar content than some other styles of violet cordials, which allows the light and delicate floral violet to really shine. Keep it traditional and whack this in a historic cocktail, or put a modern twist on it - perhaps in an Aviation?
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
A fresh and floral violet bouquet, with a delicate natural sweetness which lightly lingers on the palate.
