Tempus Fugit has a wide selections of spirits made using historical recipes, and the recipe for this one dates back to the mid 1800s, featuring 25 roots and herbs, including the likes of hyssop, wormwood, rhubarb, bitter orange peel and gentian.
Complex and layered, with distinctive wormwood intertwined with sweet rhubarb and vanilla, as bitterness returns in the form of orange peel and gentian root, culminating in a balanced and lingering bittersweet finish.
