The House of Suntory presents Kanáde Yuzu, a Japanese liqueur built around proper yuzu character rather than vague citrus sweetness. Bottled at a punchy 40% ABV, it brings tartness, bitterness, and fragrance. Enough to riff in a Highball or Martini without disappearing into the mixer.

25ml Haku Vodka
25ml Kanáde Yuzu
25ml Cranberry juice
Combine ingredients, top with soda water and garnish with an orange wedge and cherry.
