Spirit of Ilmington Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Liqueur
This fabulous liqueur was produced in the village of Ilmington in the Cotswolds, by the appropriately named Spirit of Ilmington! A base of Spirit of Ilmington Dry Gin is treated to the addition of rhubarb and ginger making this a smashing little tipple, reminiscent of a fresh rhubarb crumble!
