Behold, the Dry Gin from Spirit of Ilmington in the Cotswolds! Made with traditional botanicals, a dash of apple spirit is added to the gin before bottling. Seeing as the distillery is surrounded by orchards, we'd say this is a rather good use of those apples (along with the Apple Brandy in its portfolio as well, of course).
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
A core of juniper surrounded by fragrant citrus, a touch of pepper and a hint of apple fruitiness.
