A lip-smacking Apple Brandy from Spirit of Ilmington over in the Cotswolds! Local apples are crushed, pressed and fermented in the autumn, and by New Year the folks at the distillery have a cider on their hands. Then, the cider is distilled to create the brandy, packed full of orchard fruitiness. Pair with anything rhubarb related for a boozy English treat!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Heaps and heaps of spiced baked apples, with a subtle drizzle of caramel and scattering of vanilla pod.
