A superb Gentiane from the Salers range, dating back to 1885 when it was first created by Alfred Labounoux. Featuring all sorts of bold, vibrant herbs, and allowed to rest for three years in oak before being bottled. Available at a variety of ABVs, this particular edition weighs in at 16%.
