The folks over at Sacred have taken a lovely bourbon-aged English whisky and blended it with Spanish sweet orange peels, Indonesian cubeb and Vietnamese star anise, to create a truly delicious liqueur evoking the tastes and smells of a Vietnamese spice market. Scared English Whisky liquer is smooth and sweet. Really tasty. Great straight over ice. Its popular in my household so I have to label it, to keep their mitts off it.
