
Roots Kanela is a liqueur that was created using a revived 15th-century 'tentura' (homemade tincture) recipe, from the Ionian Islands of Greece. It's based on the kind of spices that arrived at the ports of the Ionian Sea, such as true cinnamon and clove buds.
Through an earthy core of vanilla and cedar there's baking spice and sweet peppermint.
