While you may associate aperitivos with the sunny Mediterranean, this one comes to us from Old Poison in Edinburgh! A generous 18 botanicals go into this one, including Neapolitan citrus, burdock and cherry bark, and hibiscus flower. Grab some blood orange soda and Prosecco, and you'll have some marvellous spritzes on your hands.
