Description

A fragrant, floral liqueur from the Monin range, their Crème de Violette is just superb splashed in a glass of sparkling wine and pairs well with citrus notes too. You could also use it in baking as well, we reckon...

Overall

Elegant, aromatic notes of violet petals, with touches of violet-flavoured sweeties developing on the palate.

Not All Violets Are The Same

I thought that liqueur de violette was the same as crème - it isn't. Liqueur de voilette is like Parma Violets, whereas this is more like genuine violets (think of crystallised violets)
