A highly popular anise-flavoured liqueur, Molinari Sambuca Extra was first produced in 1945 by Angelo Molinari. Following this, it became incredibly popular in Italy, with many saying it helped to popularise Sambuca in the country.

This is a 40% ABV bottling.

Caffé corretto con sambucca has to use Molinari

Put a tiny nip of this in a short espresso, and you have a match made in heaven - I was taught this in Amatrice 35 years ago by my sister’s father-in-law and I am forever grateful. It has to be Molinari. Nuff said!

l purchase this from duty free, and l have just tried it, and it is very nice, straight, and l will try with my coffee latte later, yummy, 5 star
