Reviews for Chamarel Coffee Liqueur
Taste of aniseed, not coffee
I think something must be wrong with the bottle I got. I drink rum regularly, and coffee multiple times a day, and this literally has no taste of either. It has a weird stale aniseed flavour which drowns out all other tastes and is quite unpleasant

Serve it in a small liquor glass straight from the freezer for an indulgent treat at anytime...why wait until after dinner...

A Breakfast Drink?
I came across this when I visited the rhumerie in 2013. Tasted the entire range but when I got to this one I was hooked. It's fantastic, and yes, I have actually drunk it at breakfast time. Great treat...

liqueur for coffee lovers :)
I was lucky enough to be in Mauritius a few weeks ago and brought back with me the coffee and vanilla liqueurs. Sadly, the price here is very high to what I paid at the rumerie; one of the highlights of my trip it has to be said. That aside, it makes a very special present for someone or just a treat for yourself. Enjoy people :)

Just Perfect
This has to be the best coffee liqueur on the market for me! Not overly sweet with bitter sweet notes coming from the natural coffee grains used. Loooong lingering coffee taste even after 5 minutes.. Just Amazing!!!

amazing coffee liqueur
Just bought this having heard so much about The Chamarel Coffee Liqueur from friends and was not disappointed to say the least. Fabulous coffee notes with slights taste of vanilla coming through with lingering arabica coffee to finish. AMAZING!!!

Personally for me this is better than kahlua and tia maria. Great by itself or in a Expresso Martini.

Thumbs Up 5/5

Love it!
My favourite drink by far! I was first attracted to this product because of its packaging, looks way more expensive than how much it actually is. I actually served it with ice-cream at a guest party the other day. Had excellent reviews. Very good product.

Genius!
Have i tasted anything like it? No. Simply the best liqueur i have ever drank. You don't usually get something like this especially at such low value. Absolutely marvellous. My only complaint was there wasn't enough of it!
