A liqueur inspired by the most southern and subtropical region of Okinawa, this beauty is very well-respected in the bartending community in Japan. It's made with Shikuwasa (okinawan citrus) juice that is blended with syrup and a neutral white spirit.
Slightly sharp and sour notes balance well with the acidity and sweetness.
