La Gauloise Jaune 70cl

This historic French bitter herbal liqueur is made with the likes of St. John's wort, saffron, cardamom, and genepi, alongside a host of other characterful ingredients. After double distillation over a wood fire, the liqueur is balanced with a helping of fine spirit and sugar syrup before it's slow-aged, and bottled at 48% ABV.
