This gin liqueur is made by blending yuzu and kalamansi (a cross between kumquat and tangerine) with a traditional gin base. Bursting at the seams with vibrant citrus notes, it's brilliant on its own or with a dash of tonic and grapefruit peel.
Tart yuzu leads into lime curd, herby juniper and sour orange.
