The 2023 edition of Joseph Cartron's annual Crème de Cassis Cueillette is produced exclusively with the finest Burgundy blackcurrants. Grown on the slopes of the Grand Crus around Nuits-Saint-Georges, the dark, rich fruit is harvested when it's at peak ripeness in the early summer. Makes a supreme Kir Royale.
