Superbly rich and fruity crème de cassis from French producer Joseph Cartron, produced with the 2022 harvest of Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrants. The perfectly ripened fruit provides a robust berry character – superb splashed in sparkling wine, or cloudy apple juice.
