Here we have the 2021 vintage of Joseph Cartron's annual Crème de Cassis Cueillette! Produced with Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrants, harvested in the summer of 2021, when they were at their ripest. The result is a richly fruity sipper, with a hefty berry character – incredible for splashing in a Kir Royale.

Dense blackcurrants lead the way with pressed fruit richness. More dark berries follow with jammy syrup, silky spice, and herbal depth.
