A fantastic gin liqueur from Ireland's Jawbox Gin folks, combining their original recipe gin with the general tastiness of rhubarb and ginger. Yes, this will go great with a dry tonic, and if you've got a hefty stick of rhubarb, it's probably worth chucking that in there too.
Candied ginger and tangy sweetness of rhubarb, followed by a prickle of black pepper. Perhaps a hint of strawberry hides underneath...?
