This flavourful liqueur is brought to us by Isle of Skye Distillers, and is built upon a base of its Misty Isle Gin. Honeyberries from the distillery garden are infused in the gin for a whole month, with the addition of locally foraged wild elderflowers for the final couple of days. The result is a splendid balance of bittersweet, tangy berry richness, with delicate floral notes beneath. Try this neat, top it with soda or lemonade, or why not try a splash in sparkling wine?

I actually tried this for the first time in Scotland and loved it so much that I flew home with it. I shared with people saying they had to try it. When I was done with the bottle, I was so sad.
