Misty Isle Honeyberry & Elderflower Liqueur 50cl

This flavourful liqueur is brought to us by Isle of Skye Distillers, and is built upon a base of its Misty Isle Gin. Honeyberries from the distillery garden are infused in the gin for a whole month, with the addition of locally foraged wild elderflowers for the final couple of days. The result is a splendid balance of bittersweet, tangy berry richness, with delicate floral notes beneath. Try this neat, top it with soda or lemonade, or why not try a splash in sparkling wine?
