This is the result of taking a 10 year old French XO Brandy and flavouring it with caramel and spices. The liqueur is named after the Iron Duke, better known as Arthur Wellesley a.k.a. the Duke of Wellington. This is great sipped from a brandy glass or even drizzled over desserts.
