Hotel Starlino Rosé Aperitivo
A citrus-fuelled aperitivo from the Hotel Starlino range! This expression is built around a core of Italian Trebbiano wine, combined with helpings of pink grapefruit, orange peel and lemon peel. Alongside the citrus trio (as an aside, The Citrus Trio would be great band name), you'll also find Italian raspberries and strawberry, plus wormwood, coriander, elderflower and more. This stuff goes excellently with tonic - mix one part Hotel Starlino Rosé Aperitivo with 3 parts tonic water, serve over plenty of ice and garnish with a wedge of fresh grapefruit.

Elegantly zesty and bright, with citrus dominating the palate. Fragrant wafts of anise and menthol slip through the cracks, along with a soft hint of creamy berries.
