Hotel Starlino Rosé Bottling Note

A citrus-fuelled aperitivo from the Hotel Starlino range! This expression is built around a core of Italian Trebbiano wine, combined with helpings of pink grapefruit, orange peel and lemon peel. Alongside the citrus trio (as an aside, The Citrus Trio would be great band name), you'll also find Italian raspberries and strawberry, plus wormwood, coriander, elderflower and more. This stuff goes excellently with tonic - mix one part Hotel Starlino Rosé Aperitivo with 3 parts tonic water, serve over plenty of ice and garnish with a wedge of fresh grapefruit.

Got in Aperitivos in Italy - Thought I'd give this a try.
I really loved it with tonic instead of Gin. and the packaging is amazing.
