Hedgepig's selection of lip-smacking liqueurs are produced by the folks behind the hugely popular Pinkster Gin, taking inspiration from the fruits grown locally. This particular expression makes use of quince from Suffolk and bullace (it's a type of plum) from East Anglia, macerated in gin with a modest helping of sugar.
Apricot, white pepper, vanilla and a vibrant hint of citrus.

This was a new one on me....quince and bullace. Haven't looked back. Slips down all too well at the end of an evening when port or whisky doesn't quite hit the spot.
