A rather excellent gin-based raspberry liqueur from the Hedgepig range, made by macerating raspberries grown in Cambridgeshire in gin with a moderate helping of sugar. Considering Hedgepig's tipples are made by the folks behind Pinkster Gin, we'd say they know how to use a raspberry to its full potential.
